The Pacific Northwest Bitcoin Meetup Group has partnered with the Pickford Film Center to bring the amazing documentary, “The Rise and Rise of Bitcoin” to Bellingham audiences. This 96-minute film saw its world premiere at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival to much acclaim. The official worldwide release was on October 10th, 2014 and now “The Rise and Rise of Bitcoin” is the #1 documentary on iTunes!
There will be both a matinee and evening screening on Sunday, January 18th. A Q&A with local Bitcoin experts will follow the end of the film and a Bitcoin-themed contest will finish off the event. Contest winners will receive Bitcoin on the spot!
Tickets can be purchased at the Pickford for $10.75 ($7.25 for members).
